I designed the Mutual Fund Portfolio from scratch for our GEN-Z that exposed if they were accidentally buying the same stocks, either by picking similar mutual fund or by investing in different funds that own similar companies. This insight based product helped drive a 30% conversion of our paid plan

Identified key financial behaviors and knowledge gaps of a newly acquired, younger (22–28) investor cohort.
Restructured the portfolio information architecture to map end-to-end user journeys across Onboarding, Tracking, and Insights.
Designed a custom portfolio analysis system centered on "Overlap Holding" to expose when users bought different mutual funds that held the exact same underlying stocks.
Designed and simplified tax-liability tracking to give users actionable, exact tax numbers without regulatory and behavioral friction.
Standardized paywall integration by narrowing down upsell placements to high-conviction value points.
Results
30% Pro subscription conversion rate.
10% Incremental increase in Pro conversions driven specifically by the "Overlap Holding" feature.
Post-launch, Mutual Fund Pro subscriptions surpassed Stock Pro subscriptions within six months.
