AlgoTest a popular "Algo-trading" platform was on the risk of loosing 60% Revenue due to upcoming regulations. They pivot to build Analyser: A "Manual-Trading" tool and helped traders reduce losses by testing strategies before trading
My Role
Lead team of designers & engineers to build "Analyser" from 0 → 1.
Performed Research and Usability Testing.
Defined product roadmap and features.
Contribution
Built an MVP to test organic adoption, market-fit and gather early adopter's feedback.
Improved MVP based on reseach findings and user feedback. Traders could test strategies in a simulated environment and check performance before trading.
Integrated Live-trading with 28 brokers to trade strategies with high probablility of profit.
